Linda's journey from a busy corporate life to motherhood led her to yoga, which has become a cornerstone of her life.
She completed extensive yoga training and developed a passion for women's health, obtaining certifications in pre and post-natal yoga, including the renowned 3rd Age Women’s Health certification. Linda created YogaMums and her YogaBirthing method in 2013, helping women prepare for childbirth and postpartum recovery.
